1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Threadwell website at threadwell.world and your participation in any Threadwell session. By using the website or booking a session, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website or book a session.

2. Nature of Our Sessions

Threadwell provides general information, communication support, and organisational assistance for household and family matters. Our sessions are educational and informational in nature. They are not and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, psychological counselling, or any other form of regulated professional service.

Nothing said, written, or provided during a session or on this website should be taken as advice specific to your personal circumstances. Where a matter requires professional input, we will signpost you to the appropriate official resource.

Threadwell staff facilitating sessions are not lawyers, financial advisors, or regulated practitioners. They are trained to assist with communication and organisational topics only.

3. Session Bookings

• Sessions must be booked in advance by contacting us via the website form or by telephone.
• A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Threadwell.
• Session dates and times are subject to availability and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where a session falls outside the scope of what we provide.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• By you: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to find an alternative date.
• By Threadwell: In the event we need to cancel a confirmed session, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or discuss next steps.
• Specific cancellation terms relating to fees, if any, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Fees and Payment

Session fees are stated on our Solutions page and confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any materials noted for that session.

• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
• Fees are subject to change. Any change will not affect a session already confirmed at the previous fee.

6. Conduct During Sessions

Our sessions are designed to be calm and constructive. We ask all participants to treat the facilitator and any other attendees with consideration throughout. Threadwell reserves the right to end a session early if conduct makes it impractical to continue, without obligation to refund any fee for that session.

Sessions are not recorded without the prior written agreement of all parties present.

7. Limitation of Liability

Threadwell provides general educational and organisational support. We make no representation that any information provided during a session will be suitable for or applicable to your specific circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Threadwell shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, your attendance at a session, or your reliance on information provided, except where such loss results from our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

8. Materials and Intellectual Property

Printed guides, checklists, folders, and any other materials provided during a session are for your personal household use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All content on this website is the property of Threadwell and may not be reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.
